She enjoys helping companies attract, recruit and retain the best talent in an ever-growing global marketplace. Vidya has 15 years of recruiting experience, with exposure to in-house, MSP, and vendor recruiting. She has helped to hire teams in several Fortune 500 companies. She primarily recruits for mid-level to executive engineering roles but has had the opportunity to recruit for a variety of roles in Healthcare and non-IT.
