RSC Healthcare hires Michelle Stux as Chief Operating Officer

November 2019 – RSC Healthcare is pleased to announce the appointment of Michelle Stux as Chief Operating Officer. Ms. Stux is responsible for RSC Healthcare’s strategic direction, business development and operational efficiency. As a senior member of the healthcare team, Ms. Stux reports directly to CEO Mark Arzoomanian.

Prior to joining RSC Healthcare, Ms. Stux was President at ATOZ Healthcare Staffing and Director of Operations at an occupational health company. In these positions, she successfully optimized recruiting processes and increased account retention while building strong relationships with her clients. Ms. Stux also held several Vice President positions at New York City area healthcare staffing and medical organizations where she effectively directed staffing operations across multiple locations.

Ms. Stux earned her bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration from Ithaca College and her MBA in Management/Finance from Farleigh Dickinson University.
