Michael Lovera
Mike joined RSC in 2021 as a VP of Recruiting. In his role, Mike is responsible for sourcing and staffing high-level IT positions on both consulting and direct placement roles as well as managing RSC’s Offshore Recruiting Team. Mike focuses on building a strong network of technology professionals and strives to provide market insight, client updates, and excellent customer service to clients and candidates in the job market.
Mike identifies, engages, and recruits qualified candidates by performing sourcing activities to include, but not limited to market and Internet research identifying alternate candidate sources, cold calling, executing recruiting calls, and referral recruiting to help fulfill their career goals and build lasting relationships.
