Madan Bhandari

Madan joined RSC in 2016, bringing expertise in financial and operations management, strategic business advisory, and mergers & acquisitions. Madan has over 30 years of experience leading finance teams in middle-market corporations, specifically in the IT and Healthcare services industries. Madan specializes in corporate development, organic growth, and growth through acquisitions and fiscal management excellence.

As a Corporate Controller at Andrews International, Madan provided corporate finance and transaction support for the 7,000-employee security guard services company. Madan built and managed a finance team of 16 people and was a key member of the transaction team that executed the sale transaction to a large private equity company.

As a Senior Manager & Consultant with Accenture’s Northeast “Enterprise Business Solutions” (EBS) practice, Madan delivered business process excellence and enterprise business solutions to several Fortune 500 companies. He deploys the same level of expertise at RSC.

Madan is a Chartered Accountant with a dual bachelor’s in Law and Science with triple majors in Physics, Chemistry, and Math. He brings extensive international experience with him, having worked in Japan, Singapore, Hong Kong, Belgium, Germany, Brazil, India, the Middle East, and the United States.
