Debra joined RSC Solutions in 2006 as an Account Executive and has grown with the company over the years into her current role as Senior Vice President.
Debra is a results-driven talent acquisition professional with more than fifteen years of experience contributing to the successful execution of major staffing initiatives in multi-location corporate environments. She partners effectively with key organization stakeholders coast-to-coast to efficiently manage full life cycle recruiting projects from the intake session through candidate development, interviewing/assessment, and onboarding.
Debra has a broad background managing multiple concurrent full life cycle recruiting projects (mid-career to executive/retained search) and maintains outstanding performance metrics (time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, quality-of-hire, and customer satisfaction). She also has extensive recruiting experience with technology, sales/marketing, accounting/finance, and engineering professionals in a variety of industries including media, publishing, financial services, technology, retail, software/hardware engineering, and telecommunications.
Debra has a recognized ability to successfully plan and execute staffing projects with attention to detail, sound analytical skills, and strong relationship management capabilities. Debra also has a long track record of taking control of struggling projects and bringing them to a successful conclusion. Her proven ability to effectively influence executives, communicate with diverse audiences, and navigate through the complex fabric of multiple corporate divisions, locations, stakeholders, and processes has been a critical component of RSC’s success.
