Dean Tagatac joined RSC in 2023 as the Chief Financial Officer. Dean has over 16 years of experience with proven leadership and knowledge of GAAP accounting, financial reporting and analysis, forecasting, project management, audit, financial controls and processes, and team building and development. Dean has worked in various industries including Financial Services, Financial Technology, and more recently Workforce Development. In his last role as the VP of Finance, Dean led a team of 12 accounting and finance professionals and was responsible for overseeing all accounting and financial operations as well as developing and executing financial strategies across the organization. Dean holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting and an MBA in finance & accounting from NYU Stern.
