Michael joined RSC in 2017. Michael’s role involves sourcing, qualifying, and placing candidates in contract and full-time positions. In addition, he creates relationships with candidates to uncover new opportunities for open positions and upcoming project work.
Michael began his career in broadcast media performing research and assisting in the creation of a national database at CBS to build visual and audio archival footage used for news-related stories and documentaries. Michael has an in-depth background working in broadcast media, banking, brokerage, healthcare, commercial real estate, and e-commerce. Michael is a results-oriented, solution-focused professional with strong IT recruiting and business development skills. He has experience in all aspects of recruiting, including market analysis, account management, social networking, internet-based recruiting, and staff management. Michael is a dedicated, reliable team-oriented worker able to prioritize and follow through to achieve company-wide and independent growth. He possesses strong technical acumen, deep sourcing skills with experienced passive candidates, and excellent assessment skills.
